Growing up, I was always drawn to movement and physical challenges. Sports weren’t just an after-school activity for me—they were a cornerstone of my identity. I played football, basketball, and baseball throughout my childhood, always looking for ways to push myself harder and learn new skills. Playing sports taught me discipline, resilience, and the importance of being part of a team. I wasn’t just competing to win; I was competing to grow.
As I moved into adulthood, I found CrossFit—a game-changer in my fitness journey. It reawakened my competitive spirit while introducing me to a deeper understanding of functional fitness. It wasn’t just about lifting heavier or running faster; it was about mastering how the body moves and how fitness could serve every aspect of life, from daily tasks to high-performance athletics.
CrossFit led me to explore the broader world of coaching. I earned certifications not only in CrossFit but also in working with injuries and nutritional guidance. These certifications came with countless hours of learning and hands-on experience, but more importantly, they came with a mission: to help others move better, feel stronger, and live fuller lives.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of coaching a diverse range of clients—people looking to rebuild strength after injuries, athletes chasing new records, and individuals starting their fitness journeys from scratch. I've learned that no two people are the same, and that's what makes coaching so rewarding. My role is to meet you where you are, understand your goals, and guide you toward becoming the best version of yourself.
Founding Culture Fitness is the culmination of everything I’ve learned. It’s more than a gym; it’s a community—a space for people to grow stronger together, to celebrate wins big and small, and to embrace challenges as opportunities. My journey as an athlete, a coach, and now a gym owner has taught me that success is a combination of persistence, adaptability, and support.
I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, but what drives me most is seeing my clients succeed. Their victories, big and small, are my greatest highlights. That’s why I do what I do—because fitness changes lives, and I’m here to help make that happen.
