Along my life journey, I have learned the importance of physical fitness. I learned how important physical fitness is not only for your body but for your mind. Coming to understanding this morphed me into the coach I am today. Growing up I was a three-sport athlete and on a daily basis was always outside being active. After graduating from high school I decided to focus on my future and put aside all physical activities and focused only on trying to make money thinking that if I made money it would make me happy, boy was I wrong. In doing so I began to deal with anxiety and depression not knowing why I was feeling this way. Everyone around me tried explaining to me that it was normal to feel the way I was feeling "It is part of being an adult". Like always I didn't listen and began to self-reflect trying to understand why I never felt this way when I was younger and why I do now? I tried almost everything from antidepressants, meditation, praying etc. Threw self reflection I asked myself "What was I doing when I was younger vs what am I doing now?" and came to the conclusion that when I was younger I was more active and that could be why. I then began to start running throughout my days and I noticed a difference almost instantly. My mind was so much clearer and for the first time in a long time I felt proud of Myself for doing something that I didn't want to do but I did it anyway. I began to make it my mission to start doing things I knew I should do but didn't want to do. I then started to workout every day and within months I fell in love with doing things that were hard because the feeling I got afterward was a feeling that I had not felt in a long time. It was the feeling of being proud. I learned that Iron is the best antidepressant there is no better way to fight weakness than with strength once the mind and the body have been awakening to their true potential it's impossible to turn back the iron never lies. My mission now is to help people get better not only physically but mentally as well.

A turning point in My life is learning to defeat my own self-doubt. Like everyone, self-doubt was something I dealt with constantly on my path. I was plagued by self-doubt. The enemy of my journey wasn’t a person. It was myself,  I thought I wasn’t good enough. Constantly comparing myself to others who seemed so far ahead. Procrastination and perfectionism were holding me back. The turning point came when I failed again. But this time, it was different. Instead of running from the failure, I decided to face it. I realized I couldn’t keep letting doubt dictate my actions. I started small one more rep, one more day of showing up. Each small win was fuel to silence that inner critic. The gym became my battlefield. Slowly, doubt lost its power, and confidence began to take its place. Now, as a personal trainer, my mission is to help others conquer their own enemy. Whether it’s self-doubt, fear of failure, or feeling stuck, I know what it’s like to fight that battle. My journey taught me that strength isn’t just about muscles it’s about mindset. You’re the hero of your own story, and I’m here to guide you. You’re stronger, braver, and more capable than you think and I am here to show you that.

My purpose as a coach is to empower individuals to break through their mental and physical limits, transform their self-doubt into strength, and achieve a version of themselves they once thought impossible. I’m here to remind you that the journey to your best self isn’t just about lifting heavier weights or running faster it’s about conquering the inner obstacles that hold you back.

My motivation comes from my own turning point. I’ve been where you are. Doubting my potential, wrestling with procrastination, and feeling like I wasn’t enough. I know firsthand how powerful it is to have someone believe in you when you’re struggling to believe in yourself. That’s why I do this to be the coach I needed when I was at my lowest.
I believe every person has untapped potential waiting to be unlocked. My greatest joy is seeing my clients not only reach their fitness goals but also walk away with a newfound confidence that spills over into every aspect of their lives.
