My fitness journey has been marked by several noteworthy accomplishments, including receiving my brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and competing in multiple weight divisions in mixed martial arts and holding several belts at multiple weight classes.

Upon concluding my fighting career at 160 pounds,

I embarked on a transformative journey, sculpting my physique and gaining a substantial 25 pounds to achieve a strong 185-pound build.

Now, I am excited to explore new horizons as I venture into NPC bodybuilding competitions.

Qualifications

Although I possess several certifications in personal training and group fitness, I hold my initial CrossFit certification and a 400-hour Yoga certification in high regard.

Through my experience, I have discovered that integrating powerlifting, mobility exercises, and Yoga provides a holistic method for improving mobility, durability, and agility.

This powerful combination has become my go-to approach for achieving optimal physical performance.

As a young mixed martial arts athlete, I embarked on my coaching career by teaching kid classes to fund my gym fees. Over time, my love for coaching grew alongside my fighting career. I discovered a deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams and goals, which slowly became my primary focus. My zeal for martial arts intertwined with a love for sculpting extraordinary physiques and cultivating exceptional athleticism in my clients because my career.
A key challenge I faced in my fitness journey was interpreting failure as a sign of being on the wrong path. However, through mentorship and guidance, I learned that failure is not a dead end but a catalyst for growth. This understanding extends beyond fitness and diet, applying to all aspects of life. Embracing failure as a valuable learning experience has become a guiding principle for me, and I now firmly believe that it fuels progress in every endeavor.
When people inquire about my role as a coach, I describe it as assisting clients in pushing past their self-imposed limits, not only in their fitness journey but also in their lives. Being a part of their transformative journey, no matter how small, brings me immense joy and satisfaction. It is this fulfillment that has solidified my belief that coaching is the ideal profession for me.
